I've been dying for heated rollers for I don't know how long now! On Saturday I got Boots own heated rollers, also called "Style solutions". Had a bit of a mare the first time I used them though! You get 3 different sized rollers, and 3 different sized grips to secure them in place with. Being too over excited to use them I went straight ahead and grabbed the biggest roller and....the hair grip for the smallest roller. Every now and again I'd hear a PING, my roller would drop out, and the hair grip would have flown off to the other end of my bedroom! I thought the different coloured tips at the bottom of the grips were to make them lok nice, not to represent a size difference! Can't even believe I'm admitting this major fail on the internet.
A full 24 hours of sulking over rollers later, I tried again and this time noticed that whole grip/roller situation. After that everything went perfectly! Insanely good value for money when you see these Enrapture rollers over the internet which I think are something like £60+. These were £22.99 and did the job perfectly. They took about 10 minutes to heat up and there's a handy little red dot on one of the rollers that goes grey when they're ready for use. They're pretty hot but you would have to stick your finger inside the roller to do any major damage, as I was considering getting some heat proof gloves to use with them!
If you've always wanted to try these out then I definetely recommend these! I can't compare them to any other brand as I havn't tried any others out, but these seem to be the cheapest, and I've seen and heard a lot of good things about them. Wow your hair looks gorgeous, I've just bought the Babyliss ones and I'm still getting to grips with them, hopefully I can achieve bombshell curls like that soon :}
